Understanding your project
We start by understanding what you are looking to achieve, your site and the opportunities and constraints that come with it. This is where we establish the scope of the project and discuss how we can best help.
02 — Concept design
Exploring what’s possible
We turn ideas into a design. We look at how the building can respond to its site, orientation, views, light and surroundings, while considering how the spaces will work for their intended use. This is the stage for exploring possibilities before committing to detailed decisions.
03 — Design development
Turning ideas into a building
Once the overall direction is established, we develop the design in more detail. Materials, construction, building performance and technical requirements become increasingly important as the design takes shape.
04 — Detailed design & documentation
Making it buildable
We develop the design and prepare the drawings and documentation needed for consent, pricing and construction. The aim is to make the design clear and buildable, while resolving the details that make a building work well.
05 — Procurement
Finding the right builder
We can assist with the process of obtaining and comparing prices and selecting a suitable contractor for your project.
06 — Construction
Bringing the design to life
During construction, we can provide contract administration and site observation, depending on the services agreed for your project.
We help resolve questions that arise during construction and keep the project moving towards completion.
07 — Completion
Enjoying the finished building
The final stage is about bringing everything together and making sure the project is ready to be handed over. Then it is yours to enjoy.
